General Note: Part of the CWA Pioneer Interviews Collection. Consists of a biographical sketch of Rose Annetta Reed Israel, an early day resident of Ouray County, Colorado. Born in 1884, she came to Colorado as a child where her family settled in the town of Rico. Later she became a nurse in Telluride and at the time of the publication of this interview she operated a cafe in Ridgway, Colorado.
