Made from sumac, this jar was woven using the coiled method. It has a flat bottom, a shoulder and a lid. There are three horizontal bands of barked sumac and the lid contains two bands of barked sumac. The color and dye used was a natural brown. Some of the weft is missing in places at that base, exposing the foundation.
