Inside this frame lower left is a dome-shape ticket stand. Line of people nearby The Promenade Pier has railing on either side, pier built on tall frames in the water. Along the way on either side are narrow tent-like structures that might be resting places with bench on each side. End of pier is a round building with round dome shape roof. People are walking on the shore, some might have feet in the water. Back has line down the middle, an oval at top has initials WHS in green. Only right side designates "Address" to be written there. Square for stamp.
