Depicted is the bridge over the river Allier in Vichy, France. Foreground is land along the river with a number of two boats anchored to site. First rowboat is different, more square, man stands back of boat unloading/loading a length of wood or pipe. Another man on shore is carrying a box or ladder over his shoulder. Flags on poles line the shore. On the right side appears to be houseboat. At the right end are some houses and large tree. Back of postcard is undivided which would indicate the era of 1901-1907 which indicates undivided back and room for address only. If a message is needed would be written in front.
