The slide depicts a group of cadets lined up and marching through the square pavilion, also known as The Terrazzo, with one cadet marching in front who appears to be leading the others. There are buildings in the background as well as mountains, the buildings could either be academic buildings or dormitories. The cadets are dressed in formal Air Force uniforms, also known as "blues." Ray Vermillion Frost was a resident of Golden, Colo. and worked as a master brewer for Coors Brewing Company. He was also an avid photographer, traveler, skier, and mountaineer who photographed his road-trips, skiing, and hiking and climbing adventures throughout Colorado between circa 1930-1982.
