Top has a lock/unlock moving switch and a small glass-covered hole with a silver-colored "S" inside it. Has an open switch on side at bottom edge. Has narrow black and orange striped strap with a wide rubber piece and silver buckle attached to the side of the camera. Gold oval sticker on top with black lettering "JCII 43/PASSED/JMDC."
On top in white "SURE SHOT," and in white on front "canon" and on lens cover "CANON LENS 38mm 1:28/AUTO FOCUS." On front lower right stamped "SELF TIMER/PRE-FOCUS." On bottom "CANON JAPAN/316805."
