Black wood frame covered on the back with masonite,held in place with nails, glass on front. Photograph is tinited. foreground is a white horse, yellow decorations on side and front, red roses on back, side and its mane. On a spiral pole indicates that the horse moves up and down. Behind is a chariot, Lady Liberty reclining on fromt with white top and flowing red skirt, right arm rests on the yellow eagle, American Flag behind. Chariot is yellow , yellow wheels. Stationary ride has two men and two women standing in back. Other animals are not tinted.
