Jibbitz is a line of fashion accessories for Crocs foam shoe line. The company, based in Boulder, Colorado, was acquired by Crocs in December 2006 for $20 million. In October 2006, Crocs Inc. purchased Jibbitz, a manufacturer of accessories that snap into the holes in Crocs shoes. Jibbitz is a company founded by Rich and Sheri Schmelzer in 2005 to create decorative attachments for the holes in Crocs sandals. These include designs mainly aimed at children featuring Disney characters. ,

Crocs, Inc. is an American company, based in Niwot, Colorado, that is the distributor, and onetime manufacturer, of their internationally known foam clogs.
Crocs was founded by Lyndon "Duke" Hanson, and George Boedecker, Jr. In 2002, the pair acquired a foam clog design from a company called Foam Creations, originally developed as a boating shoe. Crocs purchased Foam Creations and their manufacturing operations to secure exclusive rights to a foam resin called Croslite. This material, used to mold Crocs, is a foamable ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).
According to the Crocs website, the company has since sold over 600 million pairs of shoes, are sold in over 90 countries, and have over $1 billion in annual sales, making it one of the world’s 10 largest non-athletic footwear brands (2019).
Crocs Cares is a philanthropy division of Crocs, Inc. They are an Alpine Partner, performing construction and maintenance work on trails in Colorado at least once per year.
