A small metal box with a paper label affixed to the lid and tax stamp and a "Notice" stamp on the bottom. The factory number and district number are imprinted in raised letters on the bottom. The logo on the lid features the initials W,M and C intertwined in the center of an oval with a star on top and a coin on either side. Leaves and scrolls surround the oval . There is a piece of a tax stamp remaining on the lid with the words "10 Class C" .
