This ingot is allegedly the first cast silver brick in Colorado. It is marked as being sixty-four ounces of .968 fine silver. It was mined by Thomas Campbell at the Anglo-Saxon Mine in the Georgetown Mining District. The ore was smelted, refined and cast at the Kartz Smelter in Georgetown on August 1, 1867.
