General Note: Part of the CWA Pioneer Interviews Collection. Consists of a biographical sketch of Edward Calvin Dunlap, an early day resident of western Colorado. Born in Iowa in 1867, Dunlap came to South Park, Colorado with his family as a child. As an adult, he established two sawmills in Montrose County, and later worked on the construction of the Gunnison Tunnel. During his time working on the tunnel he suffered an accident that severed one of his legs.
