This object is the July 1900 edition of Home Neelework Magazine (Volume II, Number 3). The quarterly periodical is devoted to art needlework, crochet, knitting and home decoration. It sold for 10 cents a copy or 35 cents per year by subscription. The green and yellow front cover features a geometric design depicting two dragons, a vase stand, scroll and floral patterns. In addition to the articles, there are several advertisements in the last pages of the periodical. The book has been embossed with a circular seal on the first page in the lower right corner. The seal states that the book comes from the "Library of Auriel J. Sandstead."
