This ice creeper consists of individual left and right shoe bases that are riveted to and swivel from the ends of a separate a metal cross section. Two studs are riveted into the ends both bases for a total of four. A bolt that extends from the center cross section secures the shoe attachment onto the horse or mule shoe. A metal wingnut locks it into place.
