A plastic name tag holder enclosing a manila cardstock name tag inside. The back of the holder has a pin back threaded through holes in the plastic. The tag has three lines of black typed text on it. There is some leftover glue on the back of the holder that attached to the second part of the object at one time. The second part is a red white and blue vertically striped ribbon with a round metal medal attached to the bottom. The top of the ribbon is folder over and sewn with blue thread and there is some residue of glue on top. At the bottom of the ribbon, it is gathered together and threaded through a horizontal metal loop at the top of the medal. A white medal clip holds the gathered ribbon in place after its going through the loop. The edges of the bronze colored medal are crimped down and end in a wavy perimeter. There is a blue printed image of mountains on the surface of the medal, with blue printed seals of the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary on the left and right bottom of the image. There is a line of blue printed text along the circular edge of the medal before the crimping.
