Press attached to wide, long metal base. Right side is handle that turns the metal rollar, rubber on each side. Printed on front the end that is the op of the printed page, black arrow tells printer to rotate the wheel in the correct direction. To the left of the handle is the metal lever that places the ink pad close to the wheel for printing. On the left side is a long, curved metal lever that when engaged will stop the wheel for inking and ready to print. Wheel is numbered and between 4" and 5" are two metal rows where the words are placed for printing. The rows are probably moveable to other inch markers. Base of the mechanics is also numbered in inches.
