Silverton, Gladstone and Northerly Railroad was incorporated in 1899, and served initially as an outlet for
the Gold King Mine at Gladstone. The narrow gauge rail line ran from Silverton, north to Gladstone. It was leased by the Silverton Northern in
1910; purchased by them in 1915 and was discontinued a few years later.
