Minnie J. Reynolds sits at her desk in the Denver Woman's Press Club. there is a telephone on the desk, along with papers. Reynolds was actively involved in the 1894 women's suffrage campaign in Colorado.

born Wisconsin 1855; died 05/12/1942; graduate of Howard University, Washington, D.C., only white student in her class; 1893-received license to practice medicine in Colorado; active in organizing Denver Children's Hospital; helped establish State Industrial School for Girls; Chief of Medical Staff at Florence Crittenton Home, served 12 yrs.; WWI-opened office & aided in organization of medical staff for care of families of soldiers who needed medical attention. Active in women of the KKK and eugenics movement. Proposed bill for sterilization in legislature.

, Project Description: Thanks to the generosity of the John W. Emery Family, in 2018 History Colorado hired an Assistant Curator of Oral History to manage all aspects of History Colorado’s oral history collections. In October of 2018, an initial survey of the 700 + recordings identified as oral histories began. The goal of the project includes adding the material to the Argus database and increasing its exposure and access.
